Previously at Pega, Waters owned and led the global content strategy for the company's Intelligent Automation offerings, which span low-code software development, hybrid robotic process automation (RPA/DPA), case management (iBPM, workflows), and modernization. Currently, she leads a Content Center of Excellence at ServiceNow.
